Key Responsibilities- Expertise in Amazon Solutions: Develop in-depth knowledge of Amazon's advertising solutions and adapt recommendations based on advertiser needs.
- Optimize Ad Campaigns: Optimize end-to-end ad campaign performance to fulfill advertiser goals, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Campaign Progress Monitoring: Monitor and communicate campaign progress through regular, in-depth activity reports and data insights, using this knowledge to inform future campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders such as Sales & Marketing, Product Development teams, and other Amazon partners to solve issues blocking advertiser performance, improve advertiser experience, and drive business goals.
- Standard Work Instructions: Adhere to standard work instructions (SOPs) while also tailoring approaches based on advertiser preferences and your expertise.
- Advertiser Education: Provide education to Advertisers on Amazon Advertising products via 1:1 programs and online trainings.
- Onboarding Support: Provide Onboarding support along with setting up campaigns for new and existing Advertisers.
- Advertiser Queries: Respond promptly and accurately to advertiser queries and help them resolve issues with regards to their campaigns.
- Kickoff Calls: Lead kickoff calls with advertisers and drive discussion using a preset agenda, as and when necessary.
- Data Analysis: Interpret data trends and create keywords lists, bids, and budget suggestions; gather and review data at account/campaign/industry level.
- Performance Advertising: Understand Performance Advertising and use various tools and techniques to fix campaign set-up and provide related optimization support.
- Customer Feedback: Engage with advertisers/in-country Account Manager to understand their advertising goals and expectations from the program, and identify opportunities to improve Amazon Advertising's product based on customer feedback, data reviews, and feature gaps with key products.
The Advertiser Success Team (AST) supports Amazon's worldwide advertisers in meeting their advertising goals, providing strategic support across all advertiser life cycles. AST has three functions: Onboarding, Pre-EAS, and Managed Optimization.
Requirements- Experience in Online Advertising: 1+ years of experience in the online advertising, sales, marketing, and/or e-commerce space.
- Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Digital Advertising, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- EU Student Programs Teams: Experience within EU Student Programs Teams or business internships.
- Global Client Management: Experience managing global clients and owning their performance goals.
- Data Interpretation: Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Passion for Online Advertising: Passion for online advertising and a track record of delivering results.
- Certifications: Google Ad Words / Bing Ads certification will be an added benefit.
