Job Description

Last Minute Group is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Performance Marketing Lead (SEM) to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of SEM to develop and implement business strategies across brands and products, with a strong focus on the SEM channel.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other Performance Marketing products and tools. They will be responsible for planning, implementing, and analyzing different business strategies, as well as delivering performance reports and insights to the team and internal stakeholders.

The Performance Marketing Lead (SEM) will work in line with marketing and business objectives, identifying growth opportunities, testing hypotheses, and scaling winning tests to increase performance marketing traffic at a given target. They will also monitor competitive metrics and build, lead, and deploy an effective APP and mobile strategy for the business.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be a team player, with a strong focus on delivering results and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development of customer acquisition strategy across different products for the SEM channel
  • Daily monitoring of sales, profitability, and target tracking
  • Deliver performance reports and insights to the team and internal stakeholders
  • Lead interaction with product owners and coordinate internally to draw an effective strategy for the SEM channel
  • Identification of growth opportunities, testing hypotheses and scaling winning tests to increase performance marketing traffic at a given target
  • Monitor competitive metrics (market share, competition) proactively
  • Build, lead, and deploy an effective APP and mobile strategy for the business
