Performance Marketing Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Marketing Lead (SEM) to join our team at Bravofly. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies across our brands and products, with a strong focus on the Search Engine Marketing (SEM) channel.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Performance Marketing, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SEM. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day SEM processes and performance metrics for a group of markets and account managers. You will also be responsible for leading a variety of SEM projects and collaborating with other departments to enhance paid search campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Customer Acquisition Strategy: Create and implement customer acquisition strategies across different products for the SEM channel, with a focus on driving sales and profitability.
- Monitor Performance Metrics: Daily monitoring of sales, profitability, and target tracking to ensure optimal performance of SEM campaigns.
- Deliver Performance Reports: Provide regular performance reports and insights to the team and internal stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for improvement and new ideas.
- Lead SEM Projects: Oversee the development and implementation of SEM projects, including strategy, coordination, and execution.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with product owners, account managers, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective strategy execution.
- Identify Growth Opportunities: Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in SEM campaigns, and develop and implement strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Monitor Competitive Metrics: Proactively monitor competitive metrics, including market share and competition, to ensure Bravofly remains competitive in the market.
- Develop APP and Mobile Strategy: Develop and implement an effective APP and mobile strategy for the business, with a focus on driving sales and profitability.
- Deliver Annual Forecasts: Develop and deliver annual forecasts and estimation of targets for SEM campaigns.
- Proven Performance Marketing Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, with a focus on SEM.
- Advanced Excel Skills: Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze large data sets from multiple sources.
- Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical and numeracy skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience with Automated Bidding: Experience with automated bidding tools, including Google Ads and Search Ads 360.
- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, with a secondary language (German, French, or Italian) a plus.
