We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Marketing Manager to join our team at Empresa reconocida. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for leading the marketing activities for our European clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, revenue growth, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Campaign Management: Own and manage all aspects of campaign setup, optimization, troubleshooting, budget, and reporting.
  3. Agency Management: Manage relationships with external partners and agencies to secure a healthy campaign mix that hits the targets while delivering quality users.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Drive collaboration with internal teams (Design, Tech, Commercial, Product) to design and implement profitable digital solutions.
  5. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present accurate reports on marketing campaign's overall performance.
  6. Client Support: Lead/support marketing workshops with clients to ensure overall alignment.
  7. New Business Development: Take an active part in new business pitches for the European region, creative concept, Media planning, and business review meetings with operators.

Requirements:

  1. At least 4 years of experience in digital/performance marketing unit in a high-growth advertising agency or in-house performance marketing department.
  2. Hands-on tactical experience with biddable media platforms - GoogleAds or Programmatic display.
  3. Fluency in cross collaboration with functions like Product, Tech, Design, and Commercial.
  4. Good knowledge on funnels flows and measures related to Apps.
  5. Previous experience in managing agency partners.
  6. Excellent analytical skills and an ability to manage and forecast revenue.
  7. Good organizational and time management skills.
  8. Experienced with JIRA or similar workflow tools.
  9. Fluent in English and German. Any other language would be an advantage.
