Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Paid Media Strategy
Develop and implement a comprehensive paid media strategy across various platforms, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and YouTube, to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Analyze and Optimize Campaign PerformanceAnalyze campaign performance metrics and optimize campaigns to meet conversion KPIs, ensuring maximum ROI and efficiency.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional TeamsCollaborate closely with local and central marketing teams to maintain consistent messaging across all marketing channels and ensure seamless execution of global campaigns.
Performance Forecasting and AnalysisMake data-informed decisions to enhance performance marketing strategies by analyzing campaign performance data and identifying areas for improvement.
Test and LearnContinuously test new creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to meet and surpass target KPIs.
Requirements
- Language Proficiency
Fluency in Swedish (and/or Norwegian) is required, with knowledge of additional languages being a bonus.
Experience in Performance MarketingAt least 2 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of enhancing ROAS.
Digital Advertising ExpertiseStrong knowledge and experience with digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing, and Facebook Ads Manager.
Data Analysis and ReportingProficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive valuable insights for data-driven decision-making.
Looker Visualization ToolsExperience using Looker visualization tools to analyze and optimize campaign performance.
Optimization ExpertiseObsessed with optimization, with a deep understanding of campaign performance data and the ability to identify areas for improvement.
Desire for Continuous LearningDesire to stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing and continuously improve skills and knowledge.
