International Performance Marketing Specialist

At Marketing Tip, we're expanding our international presence and seeking a skilled professional to lead our digital marketing efforts. As an International Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive our online growth and visibility.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media, and programmatic advertising.
- Create and manage assets to achieve results, including email marketing, push web, app, and RRSS content.
- Develop and implement acquisition flows across the conversion funnel to maximize benefits.
- Proactively identify and analyze growth opportunities and issues, and implement solutions to drive profitability.
- Monitor and control ROAS and CPA, and optimize campaigns based on profitability criteria.
- Track and report results to HQ Traffic Acquisition Manager, and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure consistency and delivery of marketing strategies.
- At least 6 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on performance marketing.
- Significant knowledge of visual media platforms, asset generation, and performance metrics.
- Advanced knowledge of web analytics and digital advertising tools and platforms.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical skills to interpret key performance and business data and metrics.
- High results orientation and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in the digital environment and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead teams in a collaborative environment.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and constant updating of knowledge in digital marketing.
- Fluent Spanish and English, with a third language a plus.
