International Performance Marketing Specialist

PcComponentes is a leading e-commerce company expanding its international presence, and we're seeking a highly skilled International Performance Marketing Specialist to drive our global growth.
About the Role:- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to improve online advertising performance and effectiveness.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media, and programmatic advertising.
- Create and lead the creation of assets to achieve marketing objectives, influencing other departments as needed.
- Develop and implement acquisition flows across the conversion funnel to maximize benefits.
- Monitor and analyze growth options, opportunities, and issues, solving them proactively.
- Control ROAS and CPA, optimizing according to profitability criteria.
- Report to HQ Traffic Acquisition Manager and collaborate with internal and external teams.
- At least 6 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on performance marketing.
- Significant knowledge of visual media and asset generation and performance.
- Advanced knowledge of web analytics and digital advertising tools and platforms.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical skills to interpret key performance and business data and metrics.
- High results orientation and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in the digital environment and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead teams in a collaborative environment.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and constant updating of knowledge in digital marketing.
- Fluent Spanish and English, with a third language a plus.
