International Performance Marketing Specialist

At PcComponentes, we're expanding our international presence and seeking a talented individual to lead our digital marketing efforts. As our International Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth, improve performance, and increase online visibility.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Social Ads, and Programmatic.
- Manage and create assets to achieve results, collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistency and delivery.
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, focusing on ROI and business growth.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize results.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of marketing strategies.
- At least 6 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on performance marketing.
- Significant knowledge of visual media platforms, asset generation, and performance marketing.
- Advanced knowledge of web analytics and digital advertising tools.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead teams in a collaborative environment.
- Fluent Spanish and English, with a third language a plus.
