About the Role

PcComponentes is a leading e-commerce company expanding its international presence, and we're seeking a highly skilled International Performance Marketing Specialist to drive our digital marketing strategies worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to improve online advertising campaign performance and effectiveness.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across various digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, and programmatic advertising.
  • Manage and optimize email marketing, push web, app, and social media campaigns to maximize ROI and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement acquisition flows across the conversion funnel, from TOFU to BOFU channels.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, ensuring consistency and delivery of marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, applying them to campaigns to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • At least 6 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Significant knowledge of visual media platforms, asset generation, and performance marketing.
  • Advanced knowledge of web analytics and digital advertising tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement and knowledge updating.
  • Fluent Spanish and English, with a third language a plus.
