Job Summary

Antal International Network is seeking a highly skilled International Marketing and Trade Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving growth and achieving volume and margin targets in countries through distributors for a leading market company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Country Management: Contribute to volume and margin growth and achievement of the plan by analyzing Sell Out data provided by Nielsen and drawing conclusions to present internally and to the distributor.
  • Commercial Support: Provide commercial support by preparing presentations for Trade to increase distribution and develop POS materials to enhance visibility at the point of sale.
  • Project Management: Launch and oversee international projects in coordination with various company departments, including the Media team for the execution of international television and digital campaigns, as well as post-campaign sell-out analysis.
  • Distributor Management: Monitor distributor promotional plans and distribution improvements, and analyze internal sales and distributor sell-in data to calculate sales forecasts.
  • Market Research: Understand international cleaning habits by conducting consumer studies and contribute to the development of international product and packaging assortments.
  • Financial Management: Control the budget allocated for each country.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) is required.
  • Minimum Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG or in marketing and trade marketing roles is required.
  • Required Skills: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, experience with Nielsen databases, and valuable SAP skills.
  • Languages: Advanced English proficiency is required, and other languages are a plus.
  • Availability: Availability for travel is required.
