Job Description

As a Trade Marketing Proximity Specialist at Red Bull, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by analyzing and executing plans to optimize our presence in off-premise channels. Your expertise will be essential in identifying new opportunities and leveraging data-driven insights to inform our strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Channel Analysis: Monitor and analyze various information tools to generate scorecards that support field sales and distribution teams.
  • Incentives Management: Ensure the correct use of incentives tools and generate analysis of different plans for sales representatives and distributors.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze sell-in and sell-out information using market research tools to provide valuable insights to distribution and field sales teams.
  • Event Support: Assist in the execution of events such as product launches, new releases, and distributor events.
  • Strategic Planning: Support the development of plans for top distributors, including call sessions, partner days, trainings, and hunting lists.
  • Consumer Activation: Analyze and execute consumer activation plans in non-traditional channels and support the execution of consumer and customer (C&C) plans.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience in the FMCG sector, Category Management, or Trade Marketing.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Experience with market information sources (Nielsen, Shopper Research, Kantar) is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Commercial orientation and leadership skills.
  • Fluent English language proficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
