About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our trade marketing efforts in Spain. As a Business Development and Trade Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing trade marketing strategies to drive sales and growth. You will work closely with our sales team, trade marketing, and international logistics team to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational update of retailers' sales reports
  • Retailer order management
  • Management of retailer inventories, stock, and logistics processes
  • Responsible for the implementation of trade marketing strategies for all retailers FOREO collaborates with in Spain
  • Management of the positioning strategy and product planograms, together with the KAM of each retailer
  • Operational and procedural management of returns and collections
  • Operational management and creation of assets and communication materials for online and offline points of sale for the various retailers in Spain
  • Management and acquisition of suppliers
  • Materials management and implementation of materials for events and trade fairs
  • Direct contact with key account managers (sales team), trade marketing, and international logistics team and reporting directly to the business director
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor/university degree
  • Experience in sales
  • Working experience: 2-5 years of experience in trade marketing
  • Retail knowledge
  • Experience in commercial or logistics department is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent sales skills
  • Native/Fluent in Spanish and English in writing and speaking
  • Additional bonus - experience with Ediwin
