Job Title: Performance Marketing Lead SEM

Last Minute Group is a leading European travel tech company, operating a portfolio of well-known brands such as lastminute.com, Volagratis, Rumbo, and more. We're looking for an ambitious and highly motivated Performance Marketing Lead (SEM) to join our team.

About the Role

The Performance Marketing Lead (SEM) will work closely with the Head of SEM to develop and implement business strategies across brands and products, with a strong focus on the SEM channel. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing customer acquisition strategies across different products for the SEM channel
  • Daily monitoring of sales, profitability, and target tracking
  • Delivering performance reports and insights to the team and internal stakeholders
  • Leading interaction with product owners and coordinating internally to draw an effective strategy for the SEM channel
  • Identifying growth opportunities, testing hypotheses, and scaling winning tests to increase performance marketing traffic at a given target
  • Monitoring competitive metrics (market share, competition) proactively
  • Building, leading, and deploying an effective APP and mobile strategy for the business
  • Developing solutions and automation processes for operational consistency and efficiency
