Pastry Chef Opportunity at SLS Barcelona

We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and delicious pastry dishes that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute pastry menus that showcase your creativity and skill.
  • Lead a team of pastry chefs to ensure seamless kitchen operations and high-quality food production.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create cohesive and exciting dining experiences.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene in the pastry kitchen.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in an upscale hotel or restaurant.
  • Passion for pastry and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
