About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Manufacturing Business Development Specialist to join our team in the DACH region. As a key player in driving growth, you will be responsible for actively prospecting and engaging potential new clients, developing a strong pipeline of opportunities to drive impactful business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and engage potential new clients, developing a strong pipeline of opportunities to drive impactful business growth
  • Manage your pipeline with precision to ensure consistent success in a fast-paced market
  • Own your quarterly forecasts and be a crucial driver of our sales strategy
  • Be the first point of contact for prospects, creating a lasting and positive impression by understanding their needs and showcasing the value of Fusion
  • Build strong relationships with customers and leads, keeping them engaged with creative follow-ups and communications that bring Fusion to life
  • Work closely with the BDR team
  • Exceed ambitious sales goals and contribute to the team's overall success

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German and English—your language skills will help you build deep connections in the DACH region
  • A self-starter with a passion for technology, high energy, and a track record of exceeding goals
  • 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales or Business Development with proven success in prospecting and lead generation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to take initiative and manage time effectively
  • A commitment to continuous improvement, using every opportunity to learn, grow, and become an expert in your field

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on discretionary annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock or long-term incentive cash grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
