Electronics Business Development Specialist

Arrow Electronics is a global leader in electronics distribution and value-added services. As an Electronics Business Development Specialist, you will determine, develop, scale, and lead the implementation of successful solution programs that accelerate market, sales, and profit growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine go-to-market strategies for assigned markets or business segments
- Conduct business strategy activities including total available market, market share, segmentation, competitive analysis, emerging trends, SWOT, and product positioning
- Collaborate with BU on product road mapping, new product development, and product management activities
- Create comprehensive products and service offers
- Evaluate, recommend, and manage supplier and channel programs
- Experience in electronics industry or manufacturing in similar positions
- Experience in IP&E technologies
- Strong sales skills
- Full driving license and readiness for business travel
- English language skills (fluently written and spoken)
- Spanish language skills (native or C1)
