Job Description:

Arrow Electronics is a global leader in electronics distribution and value-added services. As an Electronics Business Development Specialist, you will determine, develop, scale, and lead the implementation of successful solution programs that accelerate market, sales, and profit growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine go-to-market strategies for assigned markets or business segments
  • Conduct business strategy activities including total available market, market share, segmentation, competitive analysis, emerging trends, SWOT, and product positioning
  • Collaborate with BU on product road mapping, new product development, and product management activities
  • Create comprehensive products and service offers
  • Evaluate, recommend, and manage supplier and channel programs
Requirements:
  • Experience in electronics industry or manufacturing in similar positions
  • Experience in IP&E technologies
  • Strong sales skills
  • Full driving license and readiness for business travel
  • English language skills (fluently written and spoken)
  • Spanish language skills (native or C1)

The estimated annual salary for this position in ES-Spain is around €65,000 - €80,000, depending on experience.
