Role Overview |We are looking for a Sales Team Leader to oversee our Sales team in Barcelona. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the sales of our rental apartments and guest services while providing support during staff absences. The ideal candidate will be flexible and results-driven, with a comprehensive understanding of the broader business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in achieving our occupancy and revenue targets, as well as ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities |- Assist the sales team with daily operations and tasks.
- Manage and allocate leads among Sales Coordinators.
- Evaluate current sales strategies and collaborate with leadership to develop new approaches.
- Support operational tasks related to the implementation of sales strategies (CRM data management, pricing rules, promotions, etc.).
- Handle daily sales activities during team members' absences.
- Address customer inquiries regarding reservations.
- Prepare rental agreements.
- Lead and develop a high-performing B2C sales team.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales personnel to enhance performance and career development.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Set both short-term and long-term goals for the team and individuals, utilizing data to assess performance and enhance sales outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline.
- Fluency in English.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
- Experience in managing customer relations, preferably in hospitality or guest services.
- Able to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Hubspot is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity and change.
- Experience in a startup environment is preferred.
