We are seeking a creative and resourceful Marketing Content Specialist to join our Global Refinish Marketing Team at our facility in Spain. The primary role is to research, build, distribute, and train on tools for the Mainstream Segment that align with global key initiatives. This includes developing and disseminating world-class presentations, collateral, tools, and programs to help Axalta, our customers, and partners win in the marketplace.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of customer segmentation in automotive refinish, as well as profound knowledge of Axalta's global product systems, technologies, and strategies. An understanding or ability to learn the competitive landscape to expertly communicate Axalta's value proposition is desired. This role will work collaboratively within the organization to conceptualize and execute impactful marketing initiatives in all regions of the world, supporting the Commercial Transportation segment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with manager and internal stakeholders to develop and manage collateral, sales tools, technical documentation, and other assets to enable share gain and retention.
• Drive and develop presentations to convey the Mainstream value proposition with a clear and consistent voice through all stages of the selling process.
• Craft the implementation plan and partner with the Social Media Manager to implement internal and external programs to ensure segment communications to Customers, Partners, Employees, Investors, and the market at large are communicated as designed.
• Optimize use of the team's sales enablement system (Seismic) and ensure assets are posted and accessible. Develop training materials to help the team understand how to find, use, and deliver tools.
• Develop strong partnerships within the organization to lead and execute marketing programs.
• Ensure brand standards are consistently applied to all materials and communications.

Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or business in a related field.
