Customer Service Specialist for Sellers with English/Spanish Language

Seller Support teams act as the primary interface between Amazon and our Sellers or Vendors, providing support, technical assistance, and account management services globally. As an advocate for the perfect Seller/Vendor interaction, this role requires diagnosing issues and proposing solutions to remove barriers for Sellers/Vendors.
About the RoleThis permanent contract position involves acting as the first resolution point for technical, operational, system, and process issues. Associates will educate Sellers/Vendors on processes, tools, and standards in real-time, utilizing a wide variety of software tools to navigate Seller/Vendor accounts and communicate effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Demonstrate effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication.
- Provide prompt and efficient service to Amazon Vendors and Merchants, escalating issues as needed.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, portraying the company in a positive light and effectively managing sensitive issues.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent time-management skills, work independently while using departmental resources, policies, and procedures. They will contribute to a positive team environment, proactively aiding team members with difficult contacts as needed.
Requirements- Maintain acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
- Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills, identifying trends to appropriate channels.
- Liaise with other departments as required to resolve Vendor's issues and questions.
- A home work area free of distractions.
- No dependent care during hours of scheduled work.
