Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Global Customer Shared Services Specialist to join our International Customer Service department. As a key member of our Global Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for processing tasks related to Contract Management, Pricing Management, Master Data, and other support activities for international distributors and third-party customers of our Diagnostic and Healthcare Divisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate compliance and legal aspects of international distribution to ensure that supply of products through international distributors adheres to internal policies and external regulations.
  • Process Due Diligence requests for international distributors in a timely manner to the North American Compliance Department prior to the signature of any legal contract.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Commercial, Quality, and other involved departments to prepare, revise, approve, and sign commercial agreements and other legal documentation according to corporate guidelines and external regulations.
  • Coordinate legalization and/or translation of documents when required.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of third-party Customers Annual Compliance Certificates in cooperation with Commercial teams.
  • Update legal contracts and process cancellation, renewal, or amendment as instructed by stakeholders.
  • Upload relevant documents to the corporate archiving tool.
  • Process Master Data requests for new customers and/or update data in existing ones.
  • Enter approved third-party Customer Prices into SAP as per company procedures.
  • Provide exceptional service level to customers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with other departments for seamless operations in the area.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be proficient in using SAP software and have experience in contract management, pricing management, and master data maintenance.

Benefits: As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
