About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. The successful candidate will work closely with our Operations team to deliver outstanding on-demand services. Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely support to drivers and passengers, and striving for first-contact resolution. You'll also be responsible for following internal processes and systems to resolve customer issues efficiently.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Fluent in German (written and spoken) and English (written and spoken)
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a Contact Centre environment
  • Autonomous and fast learner with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Patient and empathic, with excellent communication skills
  • Solution-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
