- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- English: fluent (Mandatory)
- Spanish: nice to have
- 3-6 years of experience as a strategic advisor, management consultant, or in a similar strategic consultancy role.
- Advanced demonstrable experience working within a global matrixed organization.
- Advanced demonstrable experience guiding on strategic projects and the success outcomes of those projects.
