Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager will drive and facilitate sales through partners and direct clients. This role will focus on developing and solidifying NVS partners, System Integrators, and end-users. The ideal candidate will maintain a good business relationship, implementing sales programs, and obtaining sales by driving NVS products and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attain company sales goals and profitability with sales partners, system integrators, and end-users.
- Develop business relationships as appropriate to ensure company products are vital to customer business and revenue-generating plans.
- Implement programs with partners to maximize the effectiveness of the allocation of resources.
- Negotiate and execute contracts to establish new partners.
- Partner with product management to identify, establish, and roll out revenue-generating marketing campaigns to sales partners.
- Forecast revenue to sales management.
- Propose solutions and integration to partners and clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1 year of sales experience preferred.
- English and Tagalog language proficiency preferred.

8 hour shift, Monday to Friday.
Supplemental Pay:
