**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement department procedures, programs, and policies in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand project goals, scope, and timelines, and develop detailed project plans, including engineering deliverables, resource allocation, and budgeting.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
- Assist the Business Development Department in the completion of technical data needed for permit applications.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Exercise administrative control over all employees of the department in all matters pertaining to work performance, attendance, discipline, and enforcement of company rules and regulations.
- Oversee all key processes in the Engineering Department, including planning, supervising, and coordinating all department activities from surveying, planning and design, and construction of various projects.
