Corporate HR Manager
Job Summary:
The Corporate HR Manager provides strategic support to the Chief Operating Officer and other department heads on manpower-related issues, HR policies, and procedures. This role is responsible for implementing programs that facilitate the achievement of the company's objectives and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain a sustainable and thriving organization.
• Plan, develop, and implement policies and procedures for organizational design and setup, including functional charts, organizational structures, and manpower complement and monitoring.
• Formulate, review, and revise HR policies, programs, processes, procedures, and systems as needed to maintain and update company rules and regulations.
• Establish standards for manpower acquisition, recruitment, and selection, and hiring guidelines and onboarding processes to place the right person on the right job.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders and hiring managers on effective and efficient manpower acquisition plans and processes.
• Oversee HR programs and practices on rewards and recognition, attendance and leave management, periodic performance evaluation, competencies, and talent management.
• Administer and keep information on benefits and compensation packages up-to-date, including government-mandated wages and regulated privileges.
Requirements:
This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
