About the Role

Importante Empresa is seeking a highly skilled Transformation Manager, Business Growth to drive the adoption of our global business transformation program, Transcend. This program aims to modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver business adoption artifacts, deployment plans, and measurements, emphasizing local engagement and adoption.
  • Partner with site leadership and readiness teams to implement robust site/functional readiness plans for successful platform migration.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and KPIs to measure progress, identify areas for improvement, and report on the overall success of adoption initiatives.
  • Drive awareness and understanding of Transcend solutions among business users, highlighting benefits and value propositions to encourage adoption.
  • Establish mechanisms for gathering feedback from end-users and business units to continuously improve adoption strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience.
  • Leadership experience driving sophisticated transformation programs and leading adoption.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain interactions and interdependencies with other functions.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record as deployment lead on sophisticated transformational projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a complex, multi-ERP/system environment.
  • Experience with Commercial or RD is an advantage.
  • Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or other regulated industry experience.
