Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Collaborate with other employees to develop and implement marketing strategies, negotiate prices with vendors, and ensure all locations have the necessary supplies.
- Strategic Growth: Review and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to optimize sales and efficiency.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee maintenance of locations and equipment, review operations manuals to ensure compliance with franchise standards, and conduct performance reviews to ensure employees meet expectations.
- Staff Management: Recruit, interview, train, and manage new staff, as well as schedule shifts and complete performance reviews.
- Market Adaptation: Adapt marketing strategies and other processes to meet the needs of local markets and drive sales growth within franchise guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3 years of experience as a Franchise Operations Manager.
- Ability to travel 50% of the time.
Benefits:
- Full-time schedule with 8 hour shifts.
- 13th month salary as supplemental pay.
