About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Management Supervisor to join our team at Minacs. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report team performance, ensuring that all team members are meeting their targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Organize weekly meetings to provide feedback on team performance, inform team members of new procedures and upcoming changes, and ensure that all team members are aware of their training needs.
  • Keep track of each team member's training and training needs to improve technical and communication skills.
  • Ensure that all processes and procedures are up to date and adhered to, and that all team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed, including handling critical problems, providing support to team members, and ensuring that all customer complaints are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a customer service environment.
  • Proven ability to operate revenue-growing operations and define clear operational plans.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Bilingual or proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
