Your Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee team members, focusing on recruitment, technical training, and professional growth.
- Manage operations to ensure timely, precise, and dependable service delivery to clients.
- Evaluate opportunities and threats arising from changes in both internal and external landscapes.
- Lead the execution of operational enhancements and change initiatives.
- Support cross-departmental projects to ensure that technological frameworks align with strategic business objectives.
- Assess and review team performance to guarantee adherence to corporate policies.
Main Duties as Financial Crime Risk Operations Supervisor:
- Daily management of a team, including their training, development, and hiring processes.
- Establish and nurture effective relationships with both internal and external partners.
- Identify and evaluate risks, manage risk tolerance, and spearhead assurance activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and devise effective solutions.
- Analyze and address complex challenges, conduct root-cause analysis, and establish delivery standards.
- Make independent decisions within designated authority limits.

- Demonstrated success in Operational Management, Risk Management, and Service Delivery.
- Capability to lead and cultivate a highly motivated workforce.
- Highly organized, adept at multitasking, with strong prioritization and problem-solving abilities.
- Robust strategic thinking and solution-focused approach.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience within a complex organizational framework and delivering management insights.
- Expertise in Financial Crime Detection Systems, with a solid understanding of Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering practices.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
