We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Supervisor to join our team at Sin nombre. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of hostesses to deliver an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Restaurant Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of service are running efficiently and effectively.
  2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests have a positive experience and that their needs are met.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of hostesses, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to deliver excellent service.
  4. Ambience and Atmosphere: Maintain the ambience and atmosphere of the restaurant, ensuring that it is welcoming and inviting to all guests.
  5. Guest Queries and Complaints: Proactively address guest queries and complaints, ensuring that they are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  6. Special Requests: Check and deal with any special requests from guests, such as birthdays and anniversaries.
  7. Table Management: Oversee the return times of tables, ensuring that they are turned over efficiently and effectively.
  8. Cover Maximization: Seat the restaurant to maximize covers, ensuring that all tables are filled to capacity.
  9. Training and Development: Assist with the training of the reception team, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent service.
  10. Reservations and Databases: Liaise with the reservations team to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant, and work with the Reservations team to maintain databases.
  11. Reception Desk: Supervise the area around the reception desk, ensuring that it is clean and tidy at all times.
  12. Reporting and Administration: Complete first-class reports and daily logs, and check waiters' notes and any special requests.
  13. Communication: Take calls during service, and attend pre-service meetings to ensure that all team members are aware of the day's schedule and any important information.
  14. Welcoming and Hosting: Welcome and play host to all guests, ensuring that they feel valued and appreciated.
  15. Business Development: Ensure that business cards are given to future regulars and VIP guests, and that they are aware of any special offers or promotions.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role.
  2. Fluent English and Spanish, with other languages a plus.
  3. Previous experience in the luxury industry, hotels, or gastronomic restaurants.
Conditions
  1. Salary following the 'convenio'.
  2. Permanent contract.
