Key Responsibilities

As a Billing Operations Supervisor, your main duties will include:

  • Leading a team of 12 billing specialists and junior leaders
  • Enhancing team management through effective recruitment, engagement, and performance evaluation
  • Overseeing the complete billing cycle and invoice procedures, while delivering precise reports to stakeholders
  • Tracking account statuses and balances, identifying discrepancies as needed
  • Assessing team workload and performance, pinpointing areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with other finance and administrative departments to rectify inconsistencies
  • Providing management with insights on billing activities, supported by reliable data
  • Introducing new processes, tools, and best practices while offering ongoing support to the team
  • Working with relevant departments on Finance Improvement initiatives
Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role
  • Experience managing a team of over 10 individuals
  • Full professional proficiency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous
  • Experience in billing or administrative roles
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • The ability to thrive under pressure and take initiative
