Job Title: Cloud Billing Analyst

At TD SYNNEX, we are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Billing Analyst to join our Cloud Systems and Services team. As a Cloud Billing Analyst, you will be responsible for the vendor purchasing, credit monitoring, and billing process of assigned vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess business needs along with vendors, TD stakeholders, and cloud teammates to create, maintain, and optimize billing and cost optimization tools.
  • Define, deploy, manage, and optimize Sales Order Management operations to support TD Cloud Business across Europe.
  • Document all processes accordingly along with off-shore team members.
  • Measure and share results, ensuring billing accuracy and execution.
  • Manage constant communication with vendors and TD stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Solid understanding of E-commerce and SAP transactions related to Order-to-Cash operations.
  • Advanced MSFT Excel knowledge and experience.
  • Strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and have responsibility as an individual.
  • Comfortable working in an international results-driven project organization.
