We are seeking candidates for a hybrid working model.
The Opportunity:
We are on the lookout for driven Associate Account Executives specializing in Product Led Sales. In this role, you will primarily focus on identifying new workloads to enhance MongoDB's adoption within existing accounts that are already utilizing our Database as a Service (DBaaS), Atlas, in a self-service manner. Your mission will be to assist customers in understanding the ongoing advancements of our developer data platform and its additional functionalities that can be tailored to their unique requirements. You will support clients at every stage of their journey, promoting increased adoption, retention, and overall satisfaction. This position offers a remarkable opportunity for advancement within a dynamic sales environment.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Identify new workloads and potential applications within current accounts to boost Atlas consumption through your own pipeline generation and outreach efforts.
- Communicate the value of MongoDB's enhanced feature set and evolving developer data platform.
- Assist customers throughout their journey, addressing inquiries and ensuring optimal product utilization.
- Build relationships within customer accounts to foster greater visibility and strengthen the partnership between MongoDB and your account's decision-makers.
- Navigating diverse industries strategically with a data-driven discovery and sales approach to help expand customer workloads.
What You Bring:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in database or software sectors.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a competitive landscape (top 10% performer).
- A dynamic, enthusiastic, tenacious, and team-oriented approach.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working within a quota and commission-based structure.
- A college degree or equivalent professional experience.
- High emotional intelligence, coachability, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to build a career at MongoDB.
