Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our sales team in Spain. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with new clients in Spain. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, working closely with them to understand their ticketing needs and challenges, and demonstrating how Eventix's solutions can meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential customers, and work to build a sales pipeline from the initial demo stage to final onboarding;
  • Negotiate and close contracts, using tools such as Pandadoc to streamline the process;
  • Work with customers to ensure a smooth handover to the customer success team, and log all relevant information in Hubspot;
  • Check in with customers regularly, and lead contract renewal negotiations as needed.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience in event and/or festival industry, as event organizer or Marketing Manager;
  • Strong affinity and some experience with sales;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively demo software solutions;
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience closing deals;
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (Business English B1);
  • Knowledge of ticketing industry is a plus.
