Colt Technology Services is a leading provider of high-bandwidth network and voice services for enterprises and wholesale customers in Europe, Asia, and North America's largest business hubs. We're seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term basis.

About the Role

This pivotal role is responsible for generating key business insights, crafting compelling narratives, and fostering strong relationships across the organization. As part of a central team, you will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and the Commercial Leadership Team (LT) to drive sales performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, customer behavior, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to develop and refine tools, reports, and dashboards that deliver critical metrics and improve operational efficiency.
  • Regularly assess and optimize sales processes to ensure they are effective and aligned with business goals.
  • Create and deliver sales reports and insights to various stakeholders, including the Sales team and Senior Leadership.
  • Partner with Core Sales and Sales Solutions teams to ensure they understand and effectively utilize tools, practices, and processes to achieve their targets.

  • Proven experience in a role involving customer interaction and support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
