Hotel Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Specialist to join our team at Kenes Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, managing hotel reservations, and maintaining close working relationships with global suppliers and departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer support to clients
  • Operate hotel reservations, including operations, payments, billing, and invoicing
  • Update online systems with necessary data
  • Communicate efficiently with external suppliers and negotiate rates and deadlines
  • Maintain close working relationships with global departments and suppliers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (advantage)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Hotels, Tourism, Travel, or Professional Events industry
  • Knowledge of rates and established concepts in the hotel industry (advantage)
  • Fluent English, verbal and written communication (mother-tongue level), other European languages (advantage)
  • Computer skills - full comprehension of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
