German Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven German Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Teleperformance Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new advertisers for Local Services Ads.
About the Role:As a German Inside Sales Representative, you will work closely with businesses to understand their digital advertising needs and provide personalized solutions to drive their success. You will be responsible for:
- Qualifying and managing inbound leads and the sales pipeline
- Identifying business needs and personalizing the product to meet those needs
- Preparing and setting expectations with businesses about the onboarding and go-live process
- Developing a deep understanding of the onboarding requirements and processes for our product
- Working closely with businesses to collect and submit information required to complete the onboarding process
- Accurately advising and supporting businesses on each verification requirement as they work to complete the onboarding process
- Successfully troubleshooting or escalating issues and feedback through the appropriate channels of support
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Native level of German
- Ability to speak and write English fluently
- At least 1+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, or customer-facing roles
- Experience working in a call center environment
- Extremely high attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Structured communication skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment under strict deadlines
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets and/or Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently and complete day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision
We offer a competitive salary, bonus structure, and a range of benefits, including:
- Full-time position (39h per week, Monday to Friday)
- Salary: 23,671€ gross/year + up to 2,840€ gross/year in bonus
