Job Title: German Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven German Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Teleperformance Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new advertisers for Local Services Ads.

About the Role:

As a German Inside Sales Representative, you will work closely with businesses to understand their digital advertising needs and provide personalized solutions to drive their success. You will be responsible for:

  • Qualifying and managing inbound leads and the sales pipeline
  • Identifying business needs and personalizing the product to meet those needs
  • Preparing and setting expectations with businesses about the onboarding and go-live process
  • Developing a deep understanding of the onboarding requirements and processes for our product
  • Working closely with businesses to collect and submit information required to complete the onboarding process
  • Accurately advising and supporting businesses on each verification requirement as they work to complete the onboarding process
  • Successfully troubleshooting or escalating issues and feedback through the appropriate channels of support
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Native level of German
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently
  • At least 1+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, or customer-facing roles
  • Experience working in a call center environment
  • Extremely high attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Structured communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment under strict deadlines
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets and/or Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and complete day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision
