About the Role

Molson Coors Brewing Company is seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner to join our Export & License team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for planning and executing the forecasting process, managing inventory, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and inventory plans to ensure optimal supply chain performance
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to drive business growth and improve forecasting accuracy
  • Lead the sales and operations planning process to ensure alignment across the organization
  • Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive process improvements
  • Develop and implement process improvements to optimize supply chain operations
Requirements
  • Proven experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of supply chain principles
