Join Mölnlycke's Team as a Global Operations Analyst

Mölnlycke is a global leader in the healthcare industry, and we're looking for a talented Global Operations Analyst to join our team.
As a Global Operations Analyst, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and efficiency by analyzing procurement savings projects, maintaining accessible reporting, and creating dynamic reports to track pricing trends and performance metrics.
You'll work closely with financial managers and controllers to establish and refine costing calculations and structures, fostering the development of standardized business rules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess procurement savings projects and analyze variances
  • Maintain accessible and comprehensible reporting to support informed decision-making and operational efficiency
  • Create dynamic, customized reports to track pricing trends and performance metrics
  • Act as a primary user in the factory costing process, promoting consistency and innovation across the organization
  • Work with financial managers and controllers to establish and refine costing calculations and structures
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing site
  • Global organization experience highly preferred
  • Proficiency in SAP, namely with finance and supply chain modules
  • Experience in using Power BI will be a plus
  • Knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and generate insights
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive and results-driven
  • Fluent in English is required; Czech language knowledge will be an advantage
