Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Loyalty Program Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing promotional activities on our dedicated loyalty platform, coordinating with stakeholders to gather program requirements, and ensuring the flawless functioning of all loyalty promotions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the correct setup and operation of all loyalty promotions for customers.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to collect and refine loyalty program requirements.
  • Set up and manage loyalty promotions on the dedicated platform.
  • Collaborate with the user experience, web marketing, and customer care teams to optimize the loyal customer experience.
  • Innovate and evolve loyalty functionalities and promotions.
  • Help set up non-loyalty promotions on Salesforce commerce cloud, including customer group management, campaign setup, and banner placements based on need.
  • Design a valuable loyalty program for different segments.
  • Understand marketing and customer relationship science.
  • Analyze other brands' loyalty programs.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing and customer relationship science, as well as experience in setting up and managing loyalty promotions. They will be able to work closely with stakeholders to gather program requirements and ensure the flawless functioning of all loyalty promotions.
