Job Summary:
XISCO is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC, fire prevention, and energy consumption.
- Conduct planned preventive maintenance on electrical or mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Perform related tests on MEP systems and devices to identify and rectify problems.
- Assist in responding to reported issues and coordinate efficient and effective responses.
- Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate records of site asset lists and registers.
Requirements:
- College graduate or vocational graduate with a degree in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Multi-Skilled Technician or equivalent.
- TESDA NC 2 holder of any technical competencies (electrical or mechanical).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
