Job Summary

Xisco is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform planned preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct tests on MEP systems and devices to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Perform minor civil works, including carpentry, painting, and plumbing, as required.
  • Operate and monitor MEP systems, logging operating parameters and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Quickly identify and rectify problems, escalating as necessary to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Monitor site asset lists and prepare and administer relevant registers to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Assist in responding to reported issues and coordinate efficient and effective responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • College graduate or vocational graduate with a strong background in electrical or mechanical systems.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Multiskilled Technician, with a proven track record of success in maintenance and repair.
  • TESDA NC 2 holder of any technical competencies (electrical or mechanical).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
