Job Title: Field Technical Support Specialist Galicia

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a highly skilled Field Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Galicia. As a key member of our Customer Care function, you will be responsible for providing frontline support to our customers by resolving technical issues and providing expert troubleshooting services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Beckman Coulter equipment and products
  • Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, and on-site visits
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Conduct installations, validations, and preventative maintenance on Beckman Coulter equipment
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in medical technology
Requirements:
  • Technical or University degree in biomedical, instrumentation, electrical engineering
  • Driving license and willingness to travel
  • Fluent in Spanish and advanced in English
  • Previous experience in diagnosing and repairing medical equipment a plus
