As a Field Technical Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing frontline support to our customers, resolving their problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and build knowledge to understand the industry, the company, the products, tools, and the team.
  • Complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Service Supervisor and other teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
  • Technical or University degree in biomedical, instrumentation, electrical engineering.
  • Driving license and willingness to travel.
  • Fluent in Spanish and advanced in English.
