Job Description

As a Field Technical Support Specialist, you'll be a key member of our Customer Care function, responsible for providing frontline support by resolving customer problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting.

This role is part of our Galicia team and will be remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and build knowledge to understand the industry, the company, the products, tools, and the team.
  • Complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Service Supervisor and other teams to ensure seamless support.
Requirements
  • Technical or University degree in biomedical, instrumentation, electrical engineering.
  • Driving license and willingness to travel.
  • Fluent in Spanish and advanced in English.
  • Previous experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, and/or electronic medical equipment, IT repair experience in laboratory, as a Field Service Engineer or Biomedical Engineer.
