Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Field Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Galicia. As a key member of our Customer Care function, you'll be responsible for providing frontline support to our customers, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This is a remote position, and you'll report to our Service Supervisor responsible for Field Service. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service and want to work for a world-class organization, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and build knowledge of our industry, products, and tools to provide expert technical support to our customers.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to deliver successful installations and meet customer requirements.
  • Complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment.
Requirements
  • Technical or University degree in biomedical, instrumentation, electrical engineering.
  • Driving license and willingness to travel.
  • Fluent in Spanish and advanced in English.

Prior experience in diagnosing and repairing medical equipment, IT repair experience, or experience as a Field Service Engineer or Biomedical Engineer is a plus.
