Job Description

At Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, we're committed to advancing and optimizing the laboratory to move science and healthcare forward. We're seeking a skilled Field Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Galicia, responsible for providing frontline support to customers by resolving technical issues and troubleshooting.

This role is part of our Customer Care function and will be remote. As a key member of our team, you'll drive customer satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional technical expertise and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and build knowledge to understand the industry, company, products, tools, and team.
  • Complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment.
  • Collaborate with a strong leadership team on key projects to deliver successful installations for customers.

Requirements:

  • Technical or university degree in biomedical, instrumentation, electrical engineering.
  • Driving license and willingness to travel.
  • Fluent in Spanish and advanced in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, and/or electronic medical equipment, IT repair experience in laboratory, as a Field Service Engineer or Biomedical Engineer.
