We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Galicia. As a key member of our Customer Care function, you will be responsible for providing frontline support to our customers by resolving technical issues and providing expert troubleshooting services.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the diagnostics industry and to be part of a team that is dedicated to advancing and optimizing the laboratory to move science and healthcare forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, tools, and industry trends to provide expert technical support to our customers.
  • Provide timely and effective resolution of customer issues through troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment.
  • Collaborate with our Service Supervisor and other team members to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
  • Technical or University degree in biomedical, instrumentation, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Driving license and willingness to travel.
  • Fluent in Spanish and advanced in English.
