Job Title: Field Technical Support Specialist Galicia

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a highly skilled Field Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Galicia. As a key member of our Customer Care function, you will be responsible for providing frontline support to our customers by resolving technical issues and troubleshooting problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and build knowledge to understand the industry, company, products, tools, and team.
  • Complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment.
  • Work closely with the Service Supervisor to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to deliver successful installations for our customers.
Requirements:
  • Technical or University degree in biomedical, instrumentation, electrical engineering.
  • Driving license and willingness to travel.
  • Fluent in Spanish and advanced in English.
  • Prior experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, and/or electronic medical equipment, IT repair experience in laboratory, as a Field Service Engineer or Biomedical Engineer.
