Job Summary

Xisco is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Systems Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing a range of tasks related to electrical, HVAC, fire prevention, and energy consumption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform planned preventive maintenance on electrical or mechanical systems.
  • Conduct related tests on MEP systems and devices.
  • Perform minor civil works, including carpentry, painting, and plumbing.
  • Operate MEP systems and log various operating parameters.
  • Identify and rectify problems, escalating as necessary.
  • Monitor site asset lists and prepare relevant registers.
  • Assist in responding to reported issues and coordinate efficient responses.
  • Prepare incident reports.
Requirements
  • College graduate or vocational graduate.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Multi-Skilled Technician.
  • TESDA NC 2 holder of any technical competencies (electrical or mechanical).
